Repair a severely damaged concrete walkway and retaining wall inside the active cooling tower.

Repairs needed to be perfomed from the inside while the cooling tower was active.

Construct a 40' long x 8' wide floating platform inside the return channel to access the work and contain the debris. 

Each of the six cells were 40' long.  After completing each cell, the floating platform was moved to the next cell until the project was completed. 

All repairs were done per ACI and ICRI guidelines using polymer concrete and CFRP composite materials to repair, strengthen and waterproof the structure.
