Damaged concrete columns and beams.

Work had to be done in  a restricted area with little room for staging.

Scaffold around the work area; chip all loose concrete, treat all exposed metal with a corrosion inhibitor and bonding agent, apply a polymer concrete, encapsulate the repaired area with FRP composite material.  Complete the repair by applying two coats of class V coating.
