Repairs to the 8' diamter well needed to be performed inside the well with limited access.

Construct a work platform inside the well.  Chip all loose concrete, treat exposed rebar with a corrosion inhibitor and bonding agent, apply a polymer concrete, wrap repaired well with FRP.
